	About Us Firm History The law firm was formed in 1995 by a partner and two associates from a law firm that dissolved. Though the firm is retaining its strong maritime litigation practice, it has extended its expertise to business and commercial law. Whatever the size of the case or transaction may be, the firm's legal advice is practical, clear and comprehensible. Our Firm's Mission To provide clients with the highest level of personal and professional service for their legal needs, and to provide counsel that is both legally and commercially sound. The Lawyers of the Firm Antonio R. Velicaria Mr. Velicaria is a graduate of the College of Law, University of the Philippines, and has practised law since 1969. He is a past President of the Philippine Bar Association (PBA), the Maritime Law Association of the Philippines (MARLAW), and the Licensing Executives Society (LES) of the Philippines. He is also a member of the Intellectual Property Association of the Philippines (IPAP). Francis M. Egenias Mr. Egenias is a graduate of the College of Law, University of the Philippines, and has been in law practice since 1994. He is a member of the Philippine Bar Association (PBA). He was the President of the Maritime Lawyers Association of the Philippines (MARLAW) in 2003-04. Mr. Egenias was the Chairman of the Board of MARLAW in 2004-05
